STEP 1
Getting in
How to use the key box at the front door. Your door code comes by email with your booking, and codes change regularly, so always check your latest email.
Once you've opened the door, put the key straight back in the key box. The door closes automatically behind you.
STEP 2
A tour of the centre
A walk round both rooms, so you know where everything is – from the swings and ball pits to the quieter room and the kettle.
STEP 3
Using the equipment safely
How to set up and use the equipment, and how to keep everyone safe while you play.
While you're here
- Make the space work for you – feel free to move the equipment around to suit you
- Come with two responsible adults where possible, or let someone know you're there – the centre isn't staffed
- Check the equipment before you use it, and tell us about anything that isn't right
- Stop straight away if anyone feels unwell or uncomfortable
- In an emergency, call 999
- There is CCTV in the equipment area for your protection
Before you leave
- Leave the equipment tidy, so it's welcoming for whoever comes next
- Put any rubbish in the bins out front
- Switch the lights off in both rooms
- Check the front door has closed behind you
