You will immediately be sent a welcome email and login to www.santesensorycentre.com (Check your spam/junk folder). When you login, you will see the Sensory Centre portal with important introductory videos and links to book your freedom sessions.

Yes. There are terms and conditions to using the space and the equipment needs to used carefully so anyone not respecting the membership terms will be removed from centre access so everyone else can benefit from it fully.

You book your slot, let yourself in, relax, enjoy your time, make wonderful memories, tidy up and leave the place clean and put back together ready for the next member to benefit from. 

There is a security key box at the front door and the code to get the keys will be emailed to you along with the confirmation of your booking time. There is CCTV for extra protection and security.

The security code is changed regularly so do pay attention to the email the hour before your session.

The key is to be put back in the key box.

All the videos are there for your instruction and there are regular face to face introductory sessions for you to book into to help you get familiar with the equipment and different ways of using it safely.

Unlimited members can book up to 31 days in advance, off-peak and one off sessions can book up to 15 days ahead. The Centre Experience week is 4 days ahead.

You can also book up to the hour before if it's a last minute thought!

You are welcome to book an extra hour as a pay as you go session if there is one available around the slot that you book. All memberships have the link to book the extra pay as you go session in the membership portal.

Yes! There is an upper limit for each level of membership so when that number is reached, a waiting list is in place so that there will be a guarantee of spaces available.
